Introduction

As a group of community co-designers we felt that there could be massive gaps in a person's life story due to their education being unsuitable or interrupted.  

Autism awareness and diagnosis can be delayed by moves leading to lack of proper help.  This can be made worse by being in care and moving schools often.  Diagnosis of autism etc in care-involved children is lower and without diagnosis there won’t be an ECHP or help given.  

This leads to a skills loss for society and a skills gap in the workplace.
